What happens after the first 3 months?
Each website costs $29 USD per month for the first 3 months, then $49 per month from month 4. Paid seats remain $10 per seat per month.
How does yearly billing work?
Your first year is $475.20 per website, billed upfront. This includes 3 months at $29 and 9 months at $49, with 10% annual savings applied. From year 2, each website is $529.20 per year. Each paid seat costs $108 per year.
How does the free guest work?
Each website includes one free guest. You can invite the same guest to all your websites or a different guest to each. A website cannot have two guests. Add paid seats for additional team members.
Does Shuttle include AI usage or hosting?
Your supported AI account, hosting and paid plugins are billed separately by their providers.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Your first payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Renewal payments are not covered.
Is WordPress Fuel included?
No. WordPress Fuel is our separate setup and workshop service at Norml Studio. It is not included in a Shuttle subscription.
