I built this system for myself first.

I built this system for myself first. It lived in my VS Code, in the technical part of my work. Then I installed it for my team, and my SEO specialist started doing work 10 times faster than my developers and designers.

Using it with clients.

Then I installed it for a few clients. A marketer at one business and a founder at another started doing things themselves on their websites and stopped buying those services from us. That’s when I understood that the system worked. It was saving me and my clients a ton of time, including time they used to pay us for.

We lost thousands of dollars in revenue because I implemented this system for our clients. They could now do that work themselves.

Clients could make the changes themselves.

But the money wasn’t the most important part. One client built everything he’d planned for the next two years himself in one month. That’s when it clicked for me how much value there was in this system.

My clients no longer had to go through our usual project manager, designer and developer process for those changes. Their marketer could start making changes directly, including complex functionality, without all that back-and-forth.

One client built fulfillment, discount and warehouse functionality for his e-commerce store just by explaining how he wanted it to work. All of that worked without rebuilding anything. We connected the system to the existing website.

Trusting the system.

I tested it on myself first. Of course I was worried about whether it would work or break things. So far, the system has worked reliably for the clients we’ve set it up for. We’ve come to trust it, and it does the work so fast that once you feel it and understand how it works, you can’t go back to the old way of doing things.
